Calico Systems is the flagship technology services brand of Green Digital Innovations, serving businesses, schools, nonprofits, and households across Western Pennsylvania.
When the company outgrew its original identity, I led the rebrand from concept to launch — handling everything from the visual identity and messaging to the website, service structure, and the systems that support day-to-day delivery.
Brand & identity
The Calico Systems name and look were designed to reflect a core belief: no two clients are the same. The brand draws inspiration from Matt’s calico cat, Whiskers, and the idea that every organization deserves technology tailored to its people, goals, and budget — not a one-size-fits-all package.
I created the logo system, color palette, and brand voice used across the website, marketing materials, and client touchpoints.
Website design
The new calico.systems site introduces the brand, explains services clearly for both business and residential audiences, and gives visitors straightforward paths to get in touch. The design emphasizes clarity, local personality, and a modern presentation of managed IT, web design, unified communications, and related services.

Service delivery & engineering
Beyond the public-facing brand, I built out the operational side of the business: service packaging, client onboarding flows, documentation standards, and the technical foundation for ongoing support. That includes website hosting, communication tools, security-minded practices, and the partnerships that extend Calico’s reach across the region.
Outcome
Calico Systems launched in 2025 as a cohesive, client-ready brand — ready to meet organizations where they are with technology that fits.
